We sat down with Alex, the Managing Director of Wolfestone, for a chat about her role.
How do you contribute to the business?
As Managing Director of Wolfestone, I focus on the changing needs and technical developments of the translation industry. I make sure we understand the services our clients need now and in the future, and make sure we offer a first class service in delivering these services. Clients are not always aware of the technical developments and services available within the language industry, and its my job to make sure the team are up to date with the changes and are able to pass on this knowledge to clients.
How do you contribute to the customer experience?
Clients have told us the 3 most important requirements to their business are time, cost and quality. The sales department is the face of the company and by combining excellent customer care with a consultative approach to selling we make sure we deliver a first rate service at a competitive price to required deadlines. In an industry where customer care is lacking we pride ourselves on our communication with clients and the quality of the services we provide.
What drew you to the company?
The translation industry is one the fastest growing sectors in the world with the global market for language services standing at $57 billion and Wolfestone are taking advantage of this growing need. In the past 3 years we have won numerous awards including Fast Growth 50 sustainable growth winner and Finalist for the Innovation and Technology Award. When the opportunity arose to join Wolfestone I jumped at the chance.
