We sat down with Helen, the Head of Marketing at Wolfestone, for a chat about his role.
How do you contribute to the business?
As Vice President of Language Training at Robertson Languages and City Lingual, I oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring we are working towards achieving our strategic goals.
How do you contribute to the customer experience?
Our main objective is ensuring we exceed the client’s expectations, and they are happy with the service they receive from the outset, whether they are a new or existing client they will receive the same level of excellent customer service.
My aim is to make certain they will think back on their dealings with Robertson Languages or City Lingual in a positive way and will become a returning client.
What drew you to the company?
I have worked for the Wolfestone group since 2009 covering several different roles across most of the departments. I started in finance, then went to the sales department and in 2019 I moved into operations and as of April 2022 my current role as GM of both our training companies.
The Wolfestone Group has supported my growth and development as an employee and they continue to do so, I look forward to continuing to develop my new role with the help of the other managers and directors.
